Looking for a Home Health Aide or CNA for the cases based in Fairless Hills area. Full-Time hours are available.

HHA Responsibilities:

Follow verbal and written directions provided by the Registered Nurse or registered therapist, dependent upon the type of assignment.
Assist in the implementation of a realistic, goal-oriented Plan of Care.
Provide hands-on personal care services to the client.
Assist clients in activities of daily living.
Plan and prepare meals.
Maintains a clean and safe environment.
Perform assigned housekeeping tasks.
Assist the client with medications which are ordinarily self-administered, as required by the assigned case and allowed by state regulations.
May perform additional tasks/procedures only if specific and adequate training has been given and documented by the supervisory Registered Nurse or Therapist and allowed by state regulations.
Provide observations and follow-up.
Observes, records, and reports significant changes in the status of the client and/or the family supervisor.
Participate in case conferences and in-service programs as required.
Maintain and submit documentation as required by the company.
Accurately record his/her observations and completed tasks.
Maintain confidentiality regarding clients, health care staff, and documentation.
Perform additional duties assigned on response to client/office/facility needs.
