RN Home Health Supervisor - Quality Assurance, Feasterville-Trevose, PA

Better Home Care is a provider of a variety of services from visits to shifts for technology dependent, medically unstable, or vulnerable individuals in their place of residence, enabling them to live as independently as possible. BHC is a Medicare/Medicaid certified and Joint Commission accredited agency. We provide comprehensive home care services in Greater Philadelphia, Bucks, and Montgomery counties.

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Registered Nurse to join our skilled unit.

Quality Assurance Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

Analyzing OASIS documentation and clinical records.
Coding using relevant ICD10 codes for homecare.
Determine the necessity of medical services in compliance with federal and state reimbursement policies.
Working with clinical field staff and reviewing clinical documentation for established quality standards.
Will be partnering with RN Clinical Nurse to ensure a proper utilization of services, providing case feedback, and assist with other clinical questions.
Oversee chart audit processes and some field supervisory visits may be required.

Quality Assurance Registered Nurse Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of clinical Registered Nurse experience.
Homecare or hospice experience a must.
Knowledge of Oasis C2 & ICD 10 required.
Proven knowledge of Medicare State and Federal home health regulations Ability to provide clinical leadership with multi-disciplinary teams.
Excellent knowledge of computerized documentation and office software required.
Valid Pennsylvania RN license.
Current CPR certification.
Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and auto insurance.
